Hi Jens,
I have just come across your blog on Facebook through the Friends of Mana Pools group. I am a Zimbabwean who, due to unfortunate circumstances in Zimbabwe moved to Perth, Western Australia to begin a new life. Having been born there and spent all my life there, I am very African and my soul and spirit are rooted there. Mana Pools is the most special, unique and precious place on the planet to me, which I have visited regularly many times and know well.
I have enjoyed reading about your latest visit and love all of your beautiful photographs, many of which capture its unique character.
I want to wish you the very best of luck with your upcoming exhibition in Heidelberg. Hope its a great success for you.
I have often thought about starting my own blog about my travels, but I haven’t a clue where and how to start. When you have a moment, I would appreciate it if you could give me a few pointers or point me in the right direction, to begin.
I look forward to discovering more in your blog when I have the time and to reading more about your visits to my most favourite place, Mana. I long to return for a visit with friends who still live there and who are as passonate about Mana and the Zambesi valley as I am.
